Calling All ECE Experts! Join Our Research Efforts

August 20, 2024

We at the Council want to advance career pathways for early childhood teachers through high-quality, competency-based credentialing. One of the ways we pursue this goal is by constantly conducting research on the impact and effectiveness of the CDA. You can assist us and support the early childhood field by taking part in the studies we’ll be doing over the next year.

We’re seeking early childhood experts who are familiar with the Council’s CDA Competency Standards and other ECE observation tools, such as ECERS, CLASS and TIPITOS. We’re also looking for people with multiple CDA credentials and wide experience working in the classroom to contribute to our research efforts.

Why Participate?

  • Shape the Future: Influence the direction of early childhood education through your insights and expertise
  • Professional Growth: Engage in meaningful research that will help advance the CDA and ECE field
  • Network with Peers: Connect with other ECE professionals to build collaboration and exchange ideas.

What to Expect?

Participation involves:

  • Completing a brief screener survey
  • Engaging in various research activities, including interviews, surveys or virtual workshops, as your schedule permits
  • Collaborating with our research team, whose members will guide you through every step.

Interested in Participating?

We would love to hear from you, especially if you’re committed to advancing the CDA. Show your support for our work by clicking the link below to take the screener survey.
