The Council for Professional Recognition is pleased to announce that ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI) has renewed its sponsorship support for the 2019Early Educators Leadership Conference (EELC).

EELC is an annual early childhood education conference,hosted by the Council, that attracts national and international professionals and leaders in the field. This year’s conference will be held Oct.8–11at the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

“We are delighted to have CCEI, a longtime Council partner,as a sponsor of the 2019EELC this fall. Their participation and support will surely engage early childhood professionals who are seeking to gain more expertise in their careers through developmentally appropriate practices and educational training,” said Council CEO Valora Washington,Ph.D.

CCEI will be a Silver Sponsor for the 2019 EELC.

Based in Duluth, Georgia, CCEI is a CDA Gold Standard℠ comprehensive training organization. This honorable designation helps assure Child Development Associate® (CDA) Credential candidates that CCEI provides high-quality early childhood education training.

As a participant in the CDA Gold Standard℠ pilot, CCEI successfully demonstrated that its early childhood education training is based on the Council’s three industry-leading principles:

  • Alignment with the CDA formal early childhood education coursework found in the CDA’s Eight Subject Areas;
  • Sound business policies and practices; and
  • Quality student services that meet their educational and professional needs.

In addition to CDA programs, CCEI offers more than 150 courses in both English and Spanish via an online system that provides students with a user-friendly and engaging distance-learning environment for early childhood core knowledge areas. Students have a selection of courses that are targeted to meet the knowledge-based needs of the early education setting in which they work, such as family child care, a child care center or pre-k. More than 15,000 early childhood professionals have graduated from CCEI with the education requirements to earn the CDA® Credential, as well as other certificate programs,and 99% of those students would recommend CCEI to others.
